(DC)- Metro will expand its discounted taxi service for disabled riders. Metro says its Abilities-Ride will expand to DC and Virginia. Customers will be able to take four rides a day and one personal care assistant can travel along at no extra cost. Metro is hoping to launch the program expansion by this summer.
