(Louisa)- Police say they’ve arrested a hit and run driver that sent four people and an infant to the hospital. The accident happened more than two weeks ago in Louisa County on Route 33 near Willow Brooke Road. State Police say 47-year-old David Jenkins of Hanover County caused the crash then took off on foot. He was arrested this weekend. Jenkins was charged with felony hit and run and is being held without bond at the Central Virginia Regional Jail.
