(Richmond)- Flags in Virginia will be flying at half staff today in honor of a soldier from Lexington killed by an I-E-D in Afghanistan. The Pentagon says Captain Andrew Ross and two other servicemen were killed in a blast the Taliban took credit for a few weeks ago. His funeral is scheduled to take place in Glen Allen this afternoon. Governor Northam ordered flags in the Commonwealth to be lowered today in his honor.
