(Richmond)- Online shoppers in Richmond waiting for packages from FedEx may need to wait longer. WTVR reports that multiple people in the Richmond area have reached out to them after waiting more than an extra week for deliveries. One man’s delivery due on December fifth made it to the Ashland FedEx on time, but he’s still waiting. He says the tracking site kept saying things like, out for delivery, carrier delay and went back to facility. FedEx blamed any service interruptions on winter weather delays, even though some of the delays predate the winter storm.
