(Caroline)- State Police are identifying a couple that died in a Caroline County crash. Police say on Tuesday George and Kelly Morris were killed when their car crashed head on into a VDOT work truck on Route One. The couple lived in Spotsylvania and had been married for 13-years. Neither of the victims were wearing seat belts. Troopers are investigating and haven’t said what caused the crash.
