(Alexandria)- Alexandria leaders are hopeful that housing will remain affordable as Amazon makes its way to the region. The Director of Housing says the rise in rental rates may be similar to what has been seen in the past few years. The plan to build thousands of housing units and condos along transit lines is expected to curb higher pricing.
