(Winchester)- Funeral arrangements are being made for a Winchester police officer killed in a crash. It happened Saturday when officer Hunter Edwards was traveling on East Jubal Early Drive. Police say Edwards’ vehicle spun off the highway and hit a tree and a guard rail. The victim was a four-year veteran of the police department and a member of the SWAT team. Authorities are still investigating the crash.
