(Atlanta)- Make sure romaine lettuce isn’t part of your Thanksgiving meal this week. The CDC says 32 people in almost a dozen states have been infected with a strain of E. coli that may be linked to romaine. Consumers are urged to throw away any romaine lettuce product even though Virginia hasn’t had any confirmed cases. The outbreak has also reached Canada.
