(Chester)- A new national landmark may be standing in Virginia. Yesterday, a 76-by-40 foot American flag was raised 212 feet above I-95 in Chester, outside of the USA Iron and Medal’s headquarters. Each star on the flag is three-feet-wide. The massive flag is being flown on the nation’s fifth largest flagpole. About three-thousand people came out to the flag raising ceremony yesterday.
