(Richmond)- Elections officials are preparing polling locations across Virginia for what could be a busy election day tomorrow. Mailed and in-person absentee ballots have already roughly doubled the early total of the last midterm election in 2014. Polls open statewide at 6 a.m. tomorrow. Congressional seats, the U.S. Senate race between incumbent Democrat Tim Kaine and Republican Corey Stewart, and local races will be decided.
