(Richmond)- Enrollment begins today for Virginia’s expanded Medicaid program. The General Assembly came to an agreement and voted earlier this year to extend coverage to 400-thousand low income residents after months of debate between Republicans and Democrats. The enrollment date coincides with the open enrollment period for Obamacare.
