(Stafford)- A man accused of fleeing to a restaurant roof after he drove into ten cars in Stafford is in jail. Sheriff’s deputies believe James Baumann was intoxicated when he drove through the parking lot of Stafford Marketplace yesterday morning and hit ten parked cars. He then allegedly climbed a pipe to the top of a Five Guys restaurant and hid in an air conditioning unit before his arrest. Investigators found Baumann was wanted for probation violations in three Virginia counties.
