(Virginia Beach)- A new license plate is available for pre-order that will support the Virginia Aquarium’s ocean conservation programs. The plate has an image of a loggerhead sea turtle and the phrase Protect Sea Life. Lawmakers can approve the new design after 450 license plates are sold.
