(Richmond)- The voter registration deadline for the November 6th election in the Commonwealth is today. The quickest way to register or to check on your status is to head to the Department of Elections website at vote-dot-virginia-dot-gov. In-person absentee voting begins on October 27th. Voters in Virginia are required to show an ID when they go to the polls.
