(Dulles)- Primera Air is ceasing operations less than two months after starting a five-day-a-week direct service between Dulles International Airport and London’s Stansted Airport. The low-cost carrier abruptly ended service yesterday, leaving thousands of travelers stranded. The airline has filed for bankruptcy. The carrier planned to add a Dulles-to-Brussels route next June.
