(Fredericksburg)- Rio Car Wash made an ove 7-thousand dollar donation to Empowerhouse. It was the annual charity car wash held over the weekend where Rio owner Jeff Small gives 100% of wash sales to help victims of domestic violence. Both of Rio’s Fredericksburg area locations in Massaponax and Stafford participated.
