(Essex)- Deputies in Essex County are on alert after a Tappahannock neighborhood was canvassed by the KKK. On Sunday morning, people living in the Hobbs Hole Community were shocked to find racist literature passed out in bags of bird seed. The literature isn’t illegal, but the Essex County Sheriff’s Department said if they find out who did this they can be charged with littering.
