(Annapolis)- New move over laws take effect today in Maryland. Drivers are required to move over a lane or slow down if emergency vehicles or tow trucks are on the side of the road with their lights flashing. Starting today, the law will also include vehicles such as state transportation trucks, Triple-A battery vehicles and utility trucks with yellow or amber lights. Violators face a 110-dollar fine.
