(Norfolk)- Norfolk Southern is considering Atlanta as a new location for company headquarters. Virginia State Senator Lionel Spruill said it would be devastating if the company left Norfolk. The railway owns land that’s part of a proposed massive development project in Atlanta. Proceeds from the sale of that land would reportedly be used by the company to move its headquarters to Georgia.
