(NoVA)- Triple-A mid-Atlantic says the day after Labor Day, called Terrible Tuesday, brings the return of more drivers. Triple-A says in Northern Virginia, on I-270, I-66, I-396, the Capital Beltway and I-295 could see the worst of it. Some officials say the surge in traffic today is only the start of it, with travel times and congestion delays consistently longer in October than even in September.
