(Manassas)- Over one-thousand high-skilled jobs are expected to be created in Manassas. Governor Northam announced plans yesterday for a three-billion-dollar expansion of Micron Technology, which is a manufacturing plant that makes computer chips used in smartphones and cars. Northam says by 2030 it is expected to create one-thousand-one-hundred jobs. He says it will help the state remake itself as a hub for advanced manufacturing.
