Little Problems Reported After Rally Anniversary In Charlottesville, DC

(DC/Charlottesville)- Law enforcement in Charlottesville and DC aren’t reporting any serious incidents during the anniversary weekend of the Unite the Right rally. A student-led group of protesters in Charlottesville came face to face with police officers who used bikes to block access to the downtown mall. Rain put an end to a Unite the Right rally in DC yesterday before it was even scheduled to officially begin just across from the White House. Rally organizer Jason Kessler gave brief remarks to the small group of supporters before the rally fizzled out.
