(Spotsylvania)- On a hot day in July, nobody is thinking Christmas. But the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office wants to change that. Facing more needs, Operation Blue Christmas kicked off at the Lee’s Hill Golf Club. They are serving as a Operation Blue Christmas toy drive collection site.
