(Lovettsville)- A small Loudoun County town is hoping their new name will power the Capitals to victory in the Stanley Cup finals. The Lovettsville town council voted last night to change the name of the town to Capitalsville. The new name will only be in place until the Stanley Cup final is over, unless the Caps win. In that case, the change would last until a week after they capture their first title. The games begin on Monday.
