(Fredericksburg)- Fredericksburg Police have made one arrest in a residential burglary in the Village of Idlewild on February 26th. 19-year old Kevin Medina-Velasquez of Spotsylvania was charged with: Burglary, Grand Larceny and Felony destruction of property.
