(Stafford)- Stafford County Public Schools has recognized Hartwood Elementary School for initiating a new program called “Boys in Blazers”. Fourth and fifth grade boys participate in the six week program where they learn manners and social etiquette. Each boy wears a blazer during the days that the classes are taught.
The participating students and Hartwood Elementary Principal Scott Elchenko are attending the Stafford County Board of Supervisors Meeting to discuss the program on October 17 at 7pm.
