(Fredericksburg)- For the first time since 2013, the cost of riding a FRED bus will increase. City Council last night unanimously approved a quarter increase from a dollar to a dollar-25. The monthly pass for regular FRED service goes from 40 to 50 dollars and the yearly pass increases 25 dollars.
