Stafford)- Stafford Fire and Rescue kicked off use of the Pulse Point app on Saturday at Stafford Marketplace in North Stafford. A flash mob descended on Target and with the sound of the Bee Gee’s and Stayin’ Alive, Fire and Rescue personnel and sheriff’s deputies performed hands-only CPR around the store.
Outside, hands-only CPR was taught to residents of all ages. The app alerts you to someone nearby suffering cardiac arrest. Hands-only CPR and an AED can provide the victim precious minutes that might save their life before help arrives. pulsepoint.org
