Walk To Raise Awareness To PTSD Reaches Arlington National Cemetery

(Arlington)- A trip that started more than three weeks ago is over. Marine Sergeant Brandon Powell and some supporters arrived at Arlington National Cemetery yesterday after walking 350 miles from Camp Lejeune. Powell visited the grave of his brother, who took his own life while suffering from PTSD. Powell hopes to call attention to the disorder that affects so many veterans, but he says his ultimate goal is to start a retreat for veterans to decompress and transition back to civilian life. the group stopped in the Fredericksburg area last week.
