Shanna Cyphert with the Stafford Fire Marshal’s office says people get points for finding AED’s. Top 3 win. “We are very serious about this,” she says. Cyphert says the more people who have the ap the safer the community becomes. She says in the early moments of a cardiac arrest, you might be closer than paramedics. Later this spring the Pulse Point responder ap will alert people near AED’s when someone needs assistance.
