(Fredericksburg)- Fredericksburg Police investigating a shoplifting about 3 on Saturday afternoon at the Central Park Walmart. A Loss Prevention Officer reported that an unknown black female and an unknown black male placed a flat screen television in a shopping cart and exited the store.
