(Spotsylvania)- Spotsylvania Supervisors will not require residents to have a decal when using the landfill. Some Supervisors are concerned that non-county residents are using the Chancellor landfill, but they decided against requiring a decal. Supervisor Chris Yakabouski says this was looking for a solution to a problem that really doesn’t exist. Yakabouski said any of the scenarios would punish county residents. He wondered why this was even considered since few people have even complained. Supervisor David Ross said non-residents are using landfills but it’s not worth trying to fix. “The juice isn’t worth the squeeze,” he said.
