(Fredericksburg)- The murder in Fredericksburg today is something City Councilman Chuck Frye has been working to avoid. Concerned this spring by gunshots near a Fredericksburg playground, Councilman Frye put signs up around the City. Thru programs like Midnight Madness–where Councilman Frye spends every Friday night all summer—he’s hoping to give kids hope and alternatives to violence.
