(Fredericksburg)- Flags from Italy are up downtown. On Wednesday Fredericksburg will sign a sister city proclamation with Este, Italy.
A small delegation from Este is here thru the 15th as representatives of their Italian town. Este is located in the Veneto region in the northeast, about 60 miles from Venice. Delegation members will be hosted by members of the Fredericksburg-Este Association.
