Criminal Activity Report:
800 block Wolfe Street, 1/30, 8:00 a.m. A patrol officer responded to the 800 block of Wolfe Street for several reports of vandalism. After further investigation and talking with reporting parties, the patrol officer discovered that five houses and one vehicle were egged. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Vandalism:
Cowboy Jack’s, 2312 Plank Road, 1/30, 6:00 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person left scratches on the hood of her car. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Larceny:
Gold’s Gym, 2380 Plank Road, 1/31, 11:30 a.m. A patrol officer responded to the Gold’s Gym parking lot and discovered two patrons had their vehicle’s windows smashed and items taken including a purse and a backpack. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Parkway, 1/29, 10:30 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person stole his laptop from his unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Target, 1180 Carl D Silver Parkway, 1/30, 1:00 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person stole her wallet while it was unsecured at Target. The investigation is ongoing.
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Parkway, 1:30, 2:00 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person stole her wallet from her purse. The investigation is ongoing.
Wegmans, 2281 Carl D Silver Parkway, 2:00 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person stole her wallet from her purse. The investigation is ongoing.
Arrests:
Howard Brown, 30, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.
Matthew Stepongzi, 28, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.
Lamont Coles, 43, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of possession of a schedule I/II drug and driving on a suspended license.
Mindy Trimble, 36, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Trimble was also arrested on a King George County warrant for breaking and entering.
Barry Davis 31, of King George County was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis was also arrested on King George County and Spotsylvania County warrants. A
Frank Smith, 59, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of public intoxication while interdicted.
Robert Powers, 57, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
David Rogers, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. Rogers was also arrested on a Caroline County warrant for failure to appear.
Cedric Ebodaghe, 34, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on charges of shoplifting and possession of a schedule IV drug.
Billy Clonch, 36, of Partlow, Virginia was arrested on charges of shoplifting and possession of a schedule III drug.
James Mickens, 19, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Willie Johnson, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a Spotsylvania County warrant for parental kidnapping.
Lindsey Rose, 28, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
Michael Zoppy, 33, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
Nicholas Browne, 20, of no fixed address was arrested on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct.
