(Fredericksburg)- Two more arrests for graffiti downtown. City Police have arrested 19 year old Nathaniel LeDee and 19 year old Logan Rowe–both of Spotsylvania. LeDee and Rowe were arrested for graffiti that occurred in the alleyway next to Benny Vitali’s on Caroline Street in late June and destruction to Benny Vitali’s property. Both are charged with felonies. There have now been three arrested for graffiti this summer in downtown Fredericksburg.
