(Fredericksburg)- If you’ve been by the Monument for Our Fallen Heroes on George Street, you’ve seen bunting and a flag on the monument. They’re covering up graffiti that was spray-painted late last week. Police continue to investigate. Some veterans spent much of Friday cleaning the monument.
