(Falmouth) House Speaker Bill Howell of Stafford easily won the Republican nomiantion in the 28th District that includes Stafford and the city. Howell took 62% of the vote over tea party candidate Susan Stimpson. Mark Dudenhefer won in the 2nd District that includes North Stafford and Prince Willaim. Other primary winners: Kathy Sterne for Clerk of Court, Eric Olson won big over Jason Pelt for Commonwealth’s Attorney. Wendy Mauer gets the nomiaton for the Rock Hill District seat on the Board of Supervisors.
