After 38 years and a number of jobs, County Administrator Doug Barnes retires on Sunday. Last night was his last meeting wth the Board of Supervisors. High praise for Barnes from Sheriff Roger Harris and Fire Chief Monte Willaford. Both said Barnes helped them impliment programs that helped county residents. Willaford preseted Barnes with a plaque from Fire and Rescue. Barnes has been county administrator since 2009.
