It appears Uber, Lyft and similar transportation services will soon be available at Reagan National and Dulles airports. The Airports Authority is launching a plan to add those companies to the existing taxi and bus service. The board of directors yesterday proposed new regulations after acknowledging a demand for “new, app-based ground transportation choices.”
