The Spotsylvania Planning commission has given the developer of a nearly 100 home subdivsdion off route three less than two weeks to come up with an new entrance. If that’s not done, Spotsylvania Planning commisison chairman Robert Stuber says the project will be turned down. Stuber says he thinks they’re on solid ground with their demand. He says the area has changed in the last 30 years since the land was approved for development. The attorney for the developer says he’ll take the county to court if they reject the project. Stuber says he’s hopeful that an entrance can be found.
