Fredericksburg Incident Report – 4/10/15

LARCENY

3100 block Village Ln, 4/8 12:15 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole an item of jewelry from her home. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1700 block Lafayette Blvd, 4/9 1:25 a.m. A witness reported that she saw two male subjects enter three different unlocked vehicles in the parking lot. After contacting the owners, officers determined that one of the vehicles had a GPS stolen from it. The suspects were described as both white males in their early 20s who left the scene in a black sports car. The investigation is ongoing.

Crown Jewelers, 200 William St, 4/8 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The owner reported that an unknown person stole a snow blower from a hallway adjacent to the store. The snow blower was later located at a local pawn shop. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

McDonalds, 1212 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/10 2:10 a.m. A patron reported that an unknown person stole his bicycle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.


COUNTERFEITING

Jimmy John’s, 1291 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 4/8 10:00 p.m. An employee reported that an unknown male subject passed two $50 bills that were determined to be fake. The investigation is ongoing.


DUI ARRESTS

Jeremy Farrar, 36, of Locust Grove was arrested on a charge of DUID in the 100 block of Executive Center Parkway.

Jennifer Farrar, 38, of Locust Grove was arrested on a charge of DUID in the 100 block of Executive Center Parkway.


ARRESTS

Robert Penley, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested on charges of shoplifting and fraud.

Melvin Saunders, 27, of King George was arrested on a charge of felony shoplifting.

Perry Miller, 37, of Ruther Glen was arrested on a charge of failure to return rental property.

Kenneth Kedzierski, 50, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

Rufus Gordon, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and on warrants from Radford charging him with robbery and malicious wounding.

Kamau Wheeler, 21, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Wheeler was released on a summons.

Jordan McIntire, 21, of Louisa was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Jamie Posey, 35, of Partlow was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Sean Smith, 32, of Ashburn was arrested on charges of assault on a law enforcement officer and obstruction of justice as well as on a warrant from Chesterfield County charging him with domestic assault and battery.

Darrell Felder, 44, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
