1300 block Winchester St, 4/2 – 4/3 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a digital tablet and a book bag from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1400 block Winchester St, 4/2 – 4/3 5:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person rummaged through his unlocked vehicle and stole a quantity of loose change. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM
200 block Charlotte St, 4/3 – 4/4 10:15 a.m. A manager of Trolley Tours reported that an unknown person broke the windshield of a trolley parked on the street. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1300 block Rowe St, 4/5 9:00 a.m. – 7:15 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person moved a rock below her bedroom window and displaced the window screen. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
COUNTERFEITING
Qdoba, 1865 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 3/26 – 4/2 1:50 p.m. A manager reported that a male subject passed a counterfeit $50 bill on two occasions at the restaurant. The investigation is ongoing.
DUI ARRESTS
Jonathan Whitaker, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 2300 block of Plank Road.
Nathan Hollingsworth, 27, of Chesapeake was arrested on charges of DUI and possession of marijuana in the 1200 block of Sam Perry Boulevard.
