Fredericksburg Police Incidents – 3/30/15

LARCENY
James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 3/27 11:15 a.m. A student reported that an unknown person stole her cell phone from a classroom. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

100 block Princess Anne St, 3/27 7:50 a.m. – 8:50 p.m. A resident reported that jewelry and a cell phone were stolen from her apartment. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Brock’s, 503 Sophia St, 3/28 1:00 a.m. A patron reported that an unknown person stole the speaker box from the rear of her SUV. No known suspects at this time.

200 block Hillcrest Dr, 3/27 – 3/28 9:45 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a handgun from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

700 block Denton Cir, 3/29 – 3/30 1:55 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole her vehicle which had been left parked with the keys in it. The vehicle was later recovered in Culpeper. The investigation is ongoing.

2700 block Cowan Blvd, 3/28 11:00 p.m. – 3/29 7:15 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole the motor from his boat which was parked at his apartment complex. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Hooker Pl, 3/26 – 3/27 9:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a game system and video games from his apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Buffalo Wild Wings, 1638 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 3/29 4:15 p.m. A patron reported that an unknown person stole a helmet and gloves from his motorcycle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM
700 block Lafayette Blvd, 3/27 12:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person slashed the convertible top on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Benny Vitali, 722 Caroline St, 3/28 1:30 a.m. Witnesses reported that they saw a male subject kick out the front window at Benny Vitali. Officers located the suspect still in the downtown area. Christopher Stewart, 29, of Spotsylvania was arrested on charges of public intoxication and destruction of property. Stewart was incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under a $1500 bond.

400 block Rann Ct, 3/29 1:55 a.m. A resident reported that she saw two males and two females cutting the power lines to the light poles in the area. Four poles were damaged. The investigation is ongoing.

600 block Kenmore Ave, 3/29 12:00 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person slashed two tires on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS
Anthony Day, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 1700 block of Caroline Street.

Telma Flores-Rodriguez, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

ARRESTS
Donald Huff, 26, of Stafford was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery and destruction of property.

Darwin Fay Hogan, 19, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Fay Hogan was released on a summons.

Terrence Johnson, 32, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

Dominique Newman Pace, 18, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

Tomaso Passagaluppi, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested on charges of felony destruction of property and disorderly conduct.

Guadalupe Hernandez Macedonio, 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Hernandez Macedonio was released on a summons.

Kyle Daehnke, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of providing false identification to law enforcement and possession of false identification to purchase alcohol. Daehnke was released on summons.

Gary Bernstein, 54, of Spotsylvania was arrested on charges of committing fraud by false pretenses.

Shaquana Hines, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

BJ Schlesener, 31, of King George was arrested on a charge of violating the noise ordinance. Schlesener was released on a summons.

Joseph Montgomery, 45, of Paterson, New Jersey was arrested on a charge of possession of a schedule II narcotic.

Ron Pittman, 55, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
