LARCENY
Sprint Communications, 1641 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 3/25 2:30 p.m. An employee reported that an unknown person stole a number of batteries from the building located next to the cell tower. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM
100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 3/23 – 3/24 12:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged a window on her apartment, apparently with BB shot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS
Russell Manuel, 50, of Centreville was arrested on a warrant from Fauquier County charging him with violation of a protective order.
Willie Holmes, 68, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Holmes was released on a summons.
Darrell Felder, 44, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Felder was released on a summons.
Phillip Gaither, 29, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Prince William County charging him with failure to appear in court.
