ARRESTS
Francisco Escobar-Sipac, 59, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
Charles Cutchin, 58, of no fixed address was arrested on charges of public intoxication and possession of alcohol after being interdicted.
David Beverly, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of violation of the noise ordinance. Beverly was released on a summons.
