Fredericksburg Police Incidents – 3/20/15

LARCENY
1400 block Dandridge St, 3/18 2:30 p.m. – 3/19 8:50 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person siphoned gasoline from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Jay’s Sports Lounge, 409 William St, 3/18 10:30 p.m. A patron reported that an unknown person stole his cell phone from the bar. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM
400 block Hanover St, 3/18 10:00 p.m. – 3/19 5:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person shattered a window in her living room. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS
John Njenga, 42, of no fixed address was arrested on charges of trespassing and obstruction of justice.

Kasim Bacote, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of falsely identifying himself to law enforcement to avoid arrest and on a bench warrant from Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Nicholas Taylor, 19, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Taylor was released on a summons.

Marylin Spottswood, 63, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging her with assault and battery.

Berline Broadus, 57, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
