LARCENY
700 block Princess Anne St, 3/17 9:30 a.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person stole his bicycle after he left it at a tree and accidentally failed to secure the chain and lock through the frame of the bike. A witness to the larceny described the suspect as a black male wearing a gray hoodie with a green shirt, jeans, and orange and gray sneakers. The investigation is ongoing.
DUI ARRESTS
Patrick McGuire, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested on charges of DUI and driving the wrong way on a one-way street in the 100 block of William Street.
ARRESTS
David Ruffner, 39, of Spotsylvania was arrested on charges of public intoxication and possession of alcohol after being interdicted.
Sandra Jackson, 58, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault.
Kyle Kessler, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
Jeremy Foster, 28, of Woodford was arrested on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, and various traffic offenses.
