Louisa (WFVA) -- State Police are looking for a man who fled the scene of a Louisa accident that killed two Spotsylvania residents riding on a motorcycle. The accident occurred Saturday night at the intersection of Zachary Taylor Highway and Days Bridge Road. Authorities say the driver of a van hit the back of a motorcycle. Police say 30-year old Kenneth Wadford of Cumberland County was driving a van that ran into back of the motorcycle. Both were wearing helmets. They were thrown from the motorcycle, and then struck by the van as the drive fled the scene. Both victims died at the scene. They have been identified as 50-year old Oneal Newman of Plantation Drive in Spotsylvania and 53-year old Joyce Herriot of Lawyers Road in Spotsylvania. Wadford is described as a white male with dark hair, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white tank top, red shorts and flip flops. State Police say Wadford should be considered dangerous. Anyone with information about Wadford is asked to contact the Virginia State Police at 804/553-3445.
