Join NewsTalk1230 WFVA at the 9th Annual Spotsylvania Stars & Stripes Spectacular on Saturday, June 29th, starting at 3PM. Come out for a full day of diverse music, kids' activities, animal shows, historical tours, demonstartions, food vendors, colonial re-enactors, fire and EMS volunteers, capped by the first-class W.J. Vakos Companies Fireworks Display (with a start time of anywhere between 9:15 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.)!

Admission is FREE! FREE Shuttle Bus service will be available from Courtland High School starting at 2:45 p.m. and running until the end of the night. Most entertainment is free, but some does cost money...plan accordingly. Event starts at 3:00PM.

Main Stage entertainment located in the field of Robert E. Lee Elemantary School will begin at 4:00 p.m. The Family Stage entertainment located in the palivion across from the Spotsylvania County Museum will begin at 4:00 p.m. The Bluegrass Stage located next to the Holbert Building will begin at 3:00 p.m.

NEW FOR 2013! Reptiles Alive with have shows at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., with 30 minutes after the show for a hands on experience. Reptiles Alive shows will be held in the front of the Holbert Building.

During the W.J. Vakos Fireworks Display, keep your radio tuned into B101.5 for the Official Firework Soundtrack!
